Removal

The animal removal process always starts with an inspection of the home, business, or property to customize the strategy and pricing accordingly. Our inspections and solutions are based on facts and evidence, such as feces in an attic, grease marks from rat activity, or paw prints on the ground for external activity. We take pictures throughout the inspection process to ensure we can show clients what we are finding, and help educate on what we suggest to help ensure full transparency of our animal removal process.

The equation trapping, removal, and prevention pricing adjust depending on a multitude of variables including but not limited to; doing rat removal in a residential home, raccoon removal for external population control, or rodent removal in a commercial business with a drop ceiling.

External trapping for instance, can be customized for how long the trapping session should be (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, etc.), how many traps should be used to adequately take care of this issue and what size property we are working with. For the next part of the inspection, we need to analyze what the target animal is and whether it be raccoons, opossums, armadillos, snakes, moles, gophers, etc. Last thing to take into account would be the surrounding area, ponds, lakes, or neighbors as animals not only travel, but if they have access to food sources, we might need to adjust our traps and/or trap placement. For long term solutions, we can work with deterrent programs, scheduled trapping sessions, or even bait stations if the situations calls for it.

Our internal trapping process has many different things to take into account for a thorough solution as well. First and foremost, we would need to establish what the target animal is and what type of location we are servicing. For instance, we commonly do rat trapping in a residential homes with one attic access, rodent removal in commercial properties with a drop ceiling, or a raccoon removal out of a large home with multiple attic accesses. Next, in a case like this, we need to figure out how the rodents or animals are getting into the location. Without closing the entry points, it is nearly impossible to solve these issues as animals will typically not take chances on hitting traps if they have other food sources available to them. For long term solutions, we also suggest attic treatments to kill parasites, bacterias, and most importantly, animal pheromones.
