CRITTER SPECIES COMMONLY FOUND IN HOMES
There are several rat species property owners may find in their homes. The roof rat, or black rat, is the most common with big eyes, ears, and a pointy nose. Roof rats typically enter the home through the roof and make their way into attics, cabinets, and walls. Norway rats, or brown/sewer rats, have smaller tails, eyes, and ears. They prefer lower level parts of the home such as basements and other foundational areas. House mouse/mice are lighter in color with pointy noses, long tails, and small eyes with large ears.
SIGNS OF AN INFESTATION
There’s nothing as unnerving as hearing the sound of critters in your attic or seeing a mouse in your cabinet or scurrying across your kitchen floor. Even worse, discovering you have an infestation can be quite disheartening. Infestations are not to be taken lightly. If you have noticed any of the following, you may have an infestation and should contact A-Team Trappers for immediate mice control in Tampa, FL.
